Portland, ORQuestions? We've got you.
How big can my pet be?
The pouch is made for small dogs and cats (up to about 15 lb). Think Chihuahuas, Yorkies, Pomeranians, Maltese, small doodle puppies and most cats. Bigger pups are better for couch cuddles than long walks.
Is it safe and comfortable for my pet?
The pouch supports your pet's whole body, the round opening is soft and stretchy, and they can always breathe and climb out. Never leave a pet in the pouch unattended, and keep walks short until they're used to it.
How does the sizing work?
It's a relaxed unisex fit. Check the size guide by the size options. If you're between sizes, go up one.
When will it arrive?
Shipping is free. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and usually arrive in 7-14 days. You get a tracking link by email.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by December 5 for the best chance of Christmas delivery.
Do you have Christmas designs?
Yes! Reindeer, Snowman and Penguin. Same pouch, same fleece, same price as the classic colors.
What's the free Santa hat?
A little red Santa hat sized for small pups, packed in with your hoodie. Free with any order of 2 or more hoodies while the holiday offer lasts.
How do I wash it?
Turn it inside out and machine wash cold, then air dry.
What if it's not right?
If it arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo and we'll make it right. Add the 30-Day Guarantee in the buy box and you're covered for 30 days from delivery.
